Jeff Herrick

Jeff Herrick is a soil scientist USDA-ARS in Las Cruces, New Mexico and holds adjunct faculty appointments at NMSU and CU-Boulder. He works closely with the NRCS and BLM on the development and application rangeland assessment and monitoring protocols. He also serves on UNEP’s International Resource Panel, is the US science representative to the UNCCD, and leads development of the global Land-Potential Knowledge System (LandPKS), an open access/open data mobile app and platform land use planning and management.
