Meri Lillia Mullins is the founder of Growing Resilience and the manager of Lighthearted Ranch in Longmont Colorado. Through her work in farming, policy advocacy and technical training she has learned the importance of building relationships through listening and collaboration. She has rooted herself deeply in the local farming community and the growing global regenerative agriculture network. Meri Lillia works closely with Mad Agriculture and the National Young Farmers Coalition on efforts to increase resilience in our food system through supporting soil health practices and the next generation of farmers. Her continued work to bridge divides through food and agriculture has helped foster productive relationships in the agriculture community and beyond
