Scott Marcus 

Scott Marcus is the VP Marketing for Vital Farms, the largest producer of pasture-raised eggs. He has spent the past 20 years building brands and businesses, with a passion for marketing real food. Scott’s focus at Vital Farms, as well as past brands including Planters Nuts and Triscuit, is looking at the brand holistically – from seed to shelf – and inclusive of its stakeholders. Scott lives in Austin, TX, with his family.
