Longmont, CO - Starting on May 3, 2022, women are gathering from around the globe for the 3rd biennial Women Leading Regeneration Online Summit and the pre-summit Leadership Day, centering its focus on women's leadership as a key to planetary health. The 3-day Virtual Summit, produced by the 100% female-led team from Regenerative Rising in Partnership with nRhythm, aims to focus on elevating, nurturing, and resourcing the capacity of women's leadership to facilitate change and positive impact across sectors. With dynamic speakers, wisdom-filled working sessions, and networking opportunities, this summit's goal is to activate the power and bravery of women, to change the world. 

On May 3rd, from 10 AM to 2 PM MDT, Leadership Day is a unique kick-off event to the 2022 Women Leading Regeneration Online Summit. This convening of women, femme, and non-binary leaders bring us together to strengthen and inspire the pathway forward for women's unique approach to leadership. We’ll hear from the Equal Rights Amendment Coalition and discuss the necessary change to political and institutional structures that are tantamount to securing women’s equal standing under the law. The program centers around the unique qualities of women’s leadership and will offer discussion groups for participants.  

May 4-5, 2022, from 10AM - 4PM MDT, Women Leading Regeneration Online Summit draws from a diverse community of contributors and participants, which includes entrepreneurs, executives, farmers and ranchers, activists, writers, academics, investors, and innovators of diverse backgrounds. This tapestry of women is designed to celebrate the rising leadership and influence of women in their communities, as pioneers and leaders. 

“We hold as sacred the inclusion of any woman who has not felt welcomed in other contexts. We are growing a movement for the regeneration of how we define leadership by valuing the unique contributions of all around the table as the pathway to positively impact our world so all life thrives,” states Seleyn DeYarus, Founder and Executive Director of Regenerative Rising and Event Co-host/Producer. “To fulfill that aim, the Summit features ‘Pay What You Can’ ticket pricing and an ‘Equity Pass’ to ensure that all who wish to participate have the opportunity to do so,” she adds.  

Following the events, Summit participants will come together for a Regenerative Design Lab Workshop with event partner nRhythm to accelerate their individual and collective contributions to a regenerative future. The Regenerative Design Lab will be an opportunity to design projects, business ventures, or roles as regenerative leaders using a regenerative, living systems approach.
