Lisa is the Founder & CEO, Green Purse PR, a highly-specialized marketing communications consultancy in Washington, DC with expertise in consumer insights, public relations and marketing, exclusively working with CPG, specialty food and natural products. Lisa has over 16 years experience leading marketing communications, public relations and research programs for leading companies around the world.

Some of Lisa’s clients at Green Purse PR have included: Land to Market (a strategic business unit from The Savory Institute,) Saffron Road, KeHE Distributors, Meat & Livestock Australia, OBE Organic Beef, Atkins Ranch Lamb, TK Natural Lamb, Global Animal Partnership, Artisanal Premium Cheese, TrulyIndian and Edible Arrangements International, among many others. Lisa works to translate the voice of the consumer into tangible insights that scale for her clients. Lisa leads and conducts several custom, qualitative research projects throughout the year, and also supports a small group of long-term retainer clients, working as an extension of their internal teams to either lead their communications programs or service a specific part of it. A recognized industry thought leader, Lisa regularly speaks at industry events around the world, and is frequently quoted in business media.

Prior to founding her own consultancy, Lisa worked with two leading communications agencies, Frank About Women, a leading marketing-to-women consultancy (a subsidiary of Mullen Lowe, IPG) and Proof Digital Media (a subsidiary of Burson-Marsteller, WPP.) A native of North Carolina, Lisa grew up on a farm near Winston-Salem. Lisa now resides in Maryland just outside of Washington, DC with her husband and two young children. When not driving client initiatives, Lisa enjoys exploring new places, exercising outdoors, riding horses and doing fun activities with her children. Lisa’s work often takes her all around the USA, conducting market and consumer research, and internationally, to places like Australia, New Zealand,United Arab Emirates and Japan.
