Rebecca Hamilton is an owner and the co-CEO at Badger in Gilsum, New Hampshire. She oversees new product innovation from concept to market as well as Badger’s sustainability initiatives, including a focus on regenerative agriculture and the adoption of a new purchasing philosophy to ethically guide and govern sourcing practices. Rebecca has over a decade of experience in the natural products industry and has served as an industry expert and public presenter at numerous conferences and events. In 2014, Rebecca led the passing of Benefit Corp legislation in the State of New Hampshire. She is an active member of the American Sustainable Business Council’s Safer Chemicals Coalition, has served as the chair of the Natural Products Association Natural Personal Care Steering Committee, and provides a business voice for safer cosmetic legislative reform alongside the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics.
