Jewel Grandberry is a CEO/ Founder of A Seat at the Table Series and Black Women Network in which she works with an Austin community of women to build a bridge of resources, inclusive thinking, add a new narrative of diverse women coming together to communicate in truth and organic conversation. Jewel holds a Bachelors in Business Marketing and Masters in Business Administration from Prairie View A & M University. Jewel has a 12 year background in multiple industries like tech, legal, construction, education, medical, startups, and more as an Operations Guru. She is VMware’s D & I Co-Lead of the ATX Black POD, a member of the AUTMN ERG, hosts annual events like Chocolate Doyenne and CEO Anonymous to help move the needle in women in leadership spaces, and notes herself as the “Human Bridge”. Jewel believes working with women will begin a paradigm shift of change. Her philosophy is that the more we continue to value/ re – learn true organic communication, we will see positive growth in all communities. Jewel spends her time consulting and teaching to add the value of diversity and inclusion within corporate spaces, non-profit movements, personal development classes, webinars, and on her social media platforms.
