Pamela’s career has been defined by a deep commitment to serve and develop exceptional leaders. She has a superpower of championing game-changers to up-level their work by providing practical tools and brave spaces that help strengthen and build their essential inner capacities. Pamela is the founder and CEO of Practical Feet Advisors, a boutique firm that offers Practical Wisdom Mentoring, Strategic Advising and Transformational Convenings. As a natural relationship weaver, Pamela’s has a successful history of cultivating and activating the conditions for systems change within Executive Leadership positions at Common Future, Renewal Investment Funds and ASBN. She is the founding Board Chair of the TahDah Foundation, Exec Producer of Social Venture Institute (SVI) Women and Hollyhock, and an advisor to the Just Economy Institute and FS6 Food Systems Fellows. Pamela is also the proud mother of a precocious 12-year-old daughter.
