WOMEN LEADING REGENERATION LEADERSHIP DAY

May 3rd, 10am - 2pm MDT (GMT-6)

Leadership Day is our unique kick-off event to the 2022 Women Leading Regeneration Online Summit. This convening of women, femme and non-binary leaders from around the globe brings us together to strengthen and inspire the brave pathway forward for women's leadership. We’ll hear from the Equal Rights Amendment Coalition and discuss the necessary change to political and institutional structures in order to secure women’s wellbeing under the law.

We seek to strengthen our inner, outer and unique skillsets through a Regenerative Leadership Workshop that includes the aspiration of cultivating ongoing cohorts of women who will continue their development by participating in the Regenerative Design Lab offered by nRhythm following the Summit.

Why we charge for our events: We charge for tickets at our gatherings because we are not a grant supported non-profit. However, we don’t want that to be a constraint for folks who can’t afford the prices that we have set, so we always offer a “Pay What You Can” ticket price.

As part of exploring the unique role of Women's leadership, we will hear from women who are working on the ratification and learn more about how women’s lives and rights are impacted as long as we are not officially recognized as having equal protection under the law as men.

Panel with Q&A: How We Found Sisterhood in Our Quest for Justice

This panel is a brief look at how one of the most extractive systems on our planet has brought us together and is creating a movement of determination towards new levels of justice and freedom for women and children around the globe. We will discuss the essential nature of creating solidarity when navigating through the process of shifting a system towards health and regeneration. When you are in a movement or the day-to-day grind of systems change, it can be a daunting and overwhelming journey. However, when we come together, as sisters, we empower each other and nurture the belief in the possibility that human kindness and care can be infused back into our lives and the systems that were, in many ways, designed to keep us from thriving.

Keynote with Q&A: Women and Mother Earth are Entwined

As a thriver after breast cancer, it is clear that this illness is a wake up call for women around the world. Breast cancer is the most prominent cancer on Earth. The Mother is sick and her daughters are the canary in the proverbial coal mine. How can we use this insight to grow our bravery to stand up and protect the sanctity of life on Earth? What is in our way to take on the responsibility as the voice for the voiceless? Are we willing to lean into the fierceness of a protective Mother and speak up for systemic transformation of systems that do not serve life? Shall we Rise as sisters?
